The Aura is a protective light, it is an energy field, a vibration. Each of us is surrounded by this light to a differing degree and density ā your aura is unique to you. Those of us who are loving, empathetic, giving and compassionate will have the brightest Aura. This type of person will usually exhibit great warmth, positivity and understanding. Whereas someone who is experiencing negative thoughts, worry and anxiety will find their Aura is depleted and may feel somewhat depressed. Without help and guidance this may become a permanent state of mind, to avoid this you must strengthen and build your aura, take in positive energies through meditation choose to change your attitudes and search for the light.
We live in a world, where sometimes, discontentment, unrest and disruption seem to dominate our lives, but, we must look to the most beautiful of our emotions to remove ourselves from all that is negative. Love is this emotion, it is our most powerful tool – do not be afraid to use it! A useful affirmation is to focus upon the four Lās ā Love, Light, Life and Learning, you must have strong faith to believe in this alternative way of living and being. Think about the changes you can make in your life, no matter how small. From these small changes you can grow and move forward, in time these new focuses will become a habit, dark days will turn into bright days, joy, happiness and contentment will be your gifts.
It is not easy, but devotion and a firm attitude can work miracles. Each one of us needs to take responsibility for ourselves as individuals, for our spiritual wellbeing so that ultimately the light from within, that is reflected in our Auras will shine upon this troubled world and so make it a better place, the place it was always meant to be.
